Can PIs delegate their access or approval authority?


Answer

Yes. PIs may approve delegates who can act on their behalf. Delegates must have sufficient knowledge of the subrecipient's work and compliance requirements to certify invoices properly. See the Subaward Tracker PI Delegates guidance for more information.
