Is my proposal considered incomplete if the F&A waiver has not been approved by the requested 7 day advance of due date period?

• SPA understands that F&A concerns may not be realized until later in the routing process or even until SPA review.  It is best practice to notify your PC immediately if you must route an F&A waiver requests related to the proposal as it is routed through multiple levels up through OVCRI.  In addition to routing the proposal, please notify your Proposal Coordinator directly so they may ensure waiver /exception request routing begins as soon as possible to ensure the proposal is approved by sponsor deadline.
