What do the Status, Concerns, and Desk Reviews buttons indicate?

SPA Audit & Compliance records Subrecipient compliance status and monitoring notes in the Subaward Tracker. These indicators help inform SPA, Units, and PIs of issues that may affect invoice review or payment. Click a button to view associated comments.

• Status - Indicates the status of annual submonitoring requirements completed by SPA. If the status indicates Non-Compliant, action is required before subaward actions can occur or invoices can be paid. See What if the subrecipient is not compliant? for more information.
• Concerns - Indicates SPA Audit & Compliance has documented monitoring notes related to the subrecipient. Review the Concerns note for awareness and potential actions.
• Desk Review In-Progress - Indicates SPA Audit & Compliance is conducting a desk review on the subaward. Review the Comment History section in the invoice log for any related notes.
