What documents are required when submitting a fellowship proposal through SPA?

If the fellowship application and/or award must be administered through SPA, the following documents are required at a minimum at the time of proposal submission:

• Sponsor guidelines
• Statement of work
• Budget and budget justification
• Any additional materials required in the soliciation
• Access to the full application in the sponsor system, if application

If the fellowship has already been awarded, provide:

• All items listed above
• A copy of the award/agreement
• A note indicating that the award/agreement is attached and requries review
