My anticipation request is in pending status due to FCOI (Financial Conflict of Interest). When will it be approved and who can I contact with questions?

When FCOI is required, project spending should not commence until FCOI is completed. Thus, the anticipation request cannot be approved until the FCOI checklist is finalized. SPA will communicate this with OVCRI, who will follow up with the PI to complete the FCOI checklist. Questions regarding FCOI status can be sent to phsdisclosure@illinois.edu.
