How do I delete a pending request in the GC70 system?
Upon clicking on the current request, you will need to scroll down and there should be a delete or trash button to remove it from the GC70 system.
Since I have the option to request by Proposal Reference Number or Grant Code, when do I know which to use?
The Proposal Reference Number is the same as the Institutional Proposal number (IP#) from myProposals. The IP# is used for new anticipation requests. Whereas a Grant Code should be used when a Grant Code is already established. If you are unable to enter the Grant Code, the IP# should be used.
Institutional Profile Update
NSF is now feeding UIUC’s Institutional Information from SAM.gov registration. Part of this change now impacts the legal name that was formerly showing as “University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign”, and now displays “University of Illinois”. The primary place of performance is also feeding into the application as 352 Henry Administration Building, 506 S Wright Street, Urbana, IL 61801. These updates have been added to the Institutional Profile on the spa website as well as the
